Record your lecture

We recommend you using PowerPoint to record your presentation. You will find a tutorial on https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/record-a-slide-show-with-narration-and-slide-timings-0b9502c6-5f6c-40ae-b1e7-e47d8741161c

  • Please review the “Tips and tricks for a successful virtual presentation” before you record your lecture.
  • If possible, please record your lecture with the video/webcam option enabled so you can include your webcam stream picture-in-picture in the bottom right corner (built-in feature of Powerpoint).
  • Please record your presentation and save your file as movie file (MP4). You can do that by going to the PowerPoint menu and choose File, Export, Create a Video.
  • When your final recording is completed, please review the entire video yourself and ensure you are satisfied with it. If so, please upload your video file via our IUGA WeTransfer account at https://iuga.wetransfer.com/ The file size of your recording may be quite large so it may take a while for it to be uploaded. Ensure that the receiving email is set to be This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as this allows you to upload up to 20GB and ensures that the upload notification will reach our office. You will get a confirmation once the file has been successfully uploaded
  • Please send us the file by latest August 15, 2020.
