In addition to the event registration, IUGA is collaborating with other organizations to offer additional services. It's important to highlight that you are responsible for arranging your visa, hotel accommodation, plane ticket, airport pick-up, and any other travel-related expenses.

• Do I need a visa to travel to Singapore for the meeting, and how can I obtain one?

  Only 35 nationalities require a visa. Please check with your respective Singapore embassy to determine if a visa is required for your travel The visa processing time is 3-5 working days on average, but you are encouraged to apply 30 days before arrival. • Do I need a yellow fever vaccination certificate?

  Proof of yellow fever vaccination is required for travelers with travel history to a number of countries in Africa and Latin America 6 days before arrival to Singapore. If this applies to you, please prepare proof of vaccination before arrival.

• What is an SG Arrival Card? Do I need one?

  All travelers, regardless of whether they require a visa or not, need to complete an SG Arrival Card within 72 hours of arriving in Singapore. The form takes 5 to 7 minutes to complete and travelers will receive immediate confirmation. There is the option to complete it upon arrival, however, the immigration process on arrival will be smoother if you complete it beforehand.

• Are there recommended accommodations near the meeting venue, and do you offer any discounted rates?
